Active braking is a commonly desired feature in airsoft MOSFET systems. Active braking uses the voltage
generated from the motor while spinning to reverse the polarity upon trigger release, causing the motor to stop instantaneously.
Active braking makes the gun feel more realistic when firing and ensures that the gears make exactly one complete cycle on semi auto, and
overspin is eliminated. Without overspin, the gears will stop in the correct spot every time and thus gearbox strain is heavily reduced. Active braking
slightly speeds up the wear on the motor brushes. Never use active braking without the anti-reversal latch installed.
